Your Impact
Standardize and manage processes for regular communication between various departments: dev team, design team, marketing team, BD team, etc.
Set performance goals for all individuals and departments; track / check people's progress against their roadmaps
Create and share quantifiable performance reports with leadership
(In coordination with HR) Talk to people during periods of low performance to discuss how to improve. Lead commendation during good performance
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Oversee all material, human, and financial resources, ensuring compliance with established policies, schedules, and budgets
Participate in expansion activities (investments, M&A, corporate alliances, etc.)
Suggest tools/software for efficiency improvements
Participate in PR/BD when necessary
Requirements
1+ year of experience in an Operations Role in the blockchain industry OR 3+ years of experience in Operations roles
Experience setting up operational processes, new organizations
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
Prior experience working in a remote-first environment; and able to work independently whilst occasionally collaborating with a team
Comfortable communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Driven; We want people who are proactive, passionate about the blockchain industry, and are eager to up-skill and hone their knowledge in the crypto space
Strong planning and organizing, focus on details with ability to see the big picture
Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly in a dynamic environment
