Your Impact

  • Institute written corporate policies, team building proposals

  • Define, communicate, and enforce company culture

  • Build programs that support the organization’s goals and increase employee performance and engagement

  • Devise and apply the appropriate practices and strategies for talent acquisition to ensure that the organization’s hiring needs and goals are met

  • Manage recruitment and oversee onboarding processes for new hires

  • Be the first point of contact for employees' concerns

  • Institute a feedback process (e.g. survey) to collect employee suggestions on ways to improve the organization

  • Build programs for employees to train/upskill and help them do so

  • Administer disciplinary actions, sometimes through coaching and counseling or by terminating employment, when necessary

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role

  • Near-fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (since you will be communicating with a very diverse team members around the globe, strong verbal communication is a must)

  • Experienced in setting up best-practices for HR and employee policies

  • Prior experience working in a remote-first environment; and able to work independently whilst occasionally collaborating with a team

  • Driven; we want people who are proactive, a self-starter and are eager to up-skill and hone their knowledge

  • Interest in the blockchain and DeFi industry

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
