Lock more ALPACA/Extend Lock Time

If you have already locked your ALPACA, you can choose to lock more ALPACA and/or extend your lock duration. The step-by-step guide below will teach you how to do so.

Lock More ALPACA

To lock more ALPACA, simply follow the steps below:

• Go to the Governance page

• Connect to your Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask). Make sure your network is set to intended chain (i.e. BNB chain, Fantom)

• Click on the "Lock More ALPACA" button

• Specify the additional amount of ALPACA you'd like to lock

• Click "Confirm Lock" and you should get a pop-up notification in your MetaMask to accept the transaction

Extend Lock Time

To extend lock time, you must already have ALPACA locked in the Governance vault. Below are the key steps on how to do so:

• Go to the Governance page

• Connect to your Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask). Make sure your network is set to intended chain (i.e. BNB chain, Fantom)

• Click on the "Extend Lock Time" button

• Specify the time duration you want to further lock your ALPACA for

• Click "Confirm lock" and you should get a pop-up notification in your MetaMask to accept the transaction
