Your Impact

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders and projects in the regional ecosystem
  • Work with key influencers and communities, setting up AMAs, co-promotions, media coverage, etc
  • Source leads and close deals for current and future partnership programs
  • Educate the market on Alpaca Finance’s products
  • Grow Alpaca’s presence to the regional market
  • Establish and grow Alpaca’s regional social media communities
  • Coordinate with regional centralized exchanges for listings
  • Contribute during the BD team’s discussion on roadmap, processes and strategy

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of regional crypto/DeFi landscape including key influencers, communities, and stakeholders
  • An existing network in the regional crypto/DeFi community is a big plus
  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales/BD role at a crypto project OR 3+ years of experience in a Sales/BD or related role
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills (fluent in regional language and at least competent English)
  • Prior experience working in a remote-first environment; and able to work independently whilst occasionally collaborating with a team
  • Strong personal knowledge of how BD works in the crypto space
  • Competent sales and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Driven; We want people who are passionate about the blockchain industry, and are eager to up-skill and hone their knowledge in the crypto space
  • Regions of interest include but not limited to: Greater China, LATAM, CIS, Philippines, Korea, Japan, Portugal/Brazil
